In today's competitive business environment, protecting confidential information is critical. A well-drafted Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is your first line of defence.

What is an NDA?

A Non-Disclosure Agreement (also called a Confidentiality Agreement or NDA) is a legally binding contract that protects confidential information from being disclosed to third parties without authorisation.

Types of NDAs:

  2. Bilateral NDA - Both parties disclose confidential information and agree to mutual confidentiality
  3. Multilateral NDA - Multiple parties agree to protect each other's confidential information
